RATES:
1-3 nights: $150/night. (2 night minimum)
4+ nights: $125/night.
Rollaways and single airbeds are available for a flat $50 set-up fee...includes bedding, towels and food. Queen airbed is $60, flat fee -Cedar Suite only. Note: they are only available if there are no other unoccupied bedrooms in the unit.
We are unable to accommodate pets and the property is not appropriate for children under 10,
Units are designed to accommodate 2 persons per bedroom. Guests may bring air mattresses or bedrolls for additional people, but there will be a $10/day extra charge for each to cover towels, food and utilities (limit one floor dweller per bedroom).

Cancellation policy:
*If guests book more than a month in advance, we will hold off billing until about 30 days before the stay. Obviously, there is no charge for cancelling up until that time.
*If guests cancel after having paid for the accommodations, there will be a 10% service fee deducted from the total charge and the rest will be refunded.
*If guests fail to show up or leave early, there is no refund.
Special Oberlin College Events and Policies: There is a 3-night minimum stay for Oberlin College Commencement and both bedrooms of the Cedar House and all three bedrooms of the Settler's House must be rented for at least 3 days. We keep a wait list for Commencement weekend and start booking about a year in advance. We reserve the right to give special consideration to repeat guests and guests who wish to stay longer than 3 days. There is a 3-night minimum stay for Oberlin College Orientation & Parents' Weekend. Full payment for Oberlin College Special Event stays must be made no less than one month before the event. There will be no refunds for cancellation unless we can rebook the unit. We keep waitlists for all those periods. Multi-night discounts are not available during Special Events periods.
